Our composition contains what the body needs. If you take, for example, 300% of the recommended daily dose (DDD) of water-soluble vitamins, it does not mean that 300% will actually be used by the body. Unnecessary residue is excreted from the body without benefit. So why buy 300% of something that the body then mostly eliminates? In addition, fat-soluble vitamins should not be taken more than the recommended dose, as there is a risk of poisoning.

The 100% is determined by healthcare organizations, what a person really needs and will use. We have calculated our composition according to these recommendations and also according to public and clinical studies of individual substances.

According to the current legislation, we must mention that you must not forget a balanced and varied diet, which is the most important. But the interesting thing is that it is necessary to eat many kilograms of different food (fruits, vegetables, meat, herbs, plants and others). All of this has to be bought, adjusted and eaten… every day.

In July 2022, I did a detailed market research. We took the individual active substances from our composition and wanted to buy the cheapest ones from the competition. Our monthly package would cost us CZK 1,763. And for example, the very important element Dermaval can't even be bought separately, that's why we didn't even include it in this price. So it could be around 2 thousand per month.

If someone compares STSFY® capsules with competing products, it is necessary to take the number of active substances (same / similar) to the price. In most cases, we are up to half cheaper.

In addition, there are no mutually exclusive substances in our composition, which we found in a number of competitors. We understand that it sounds better when a number of vitamins and minerals are written into the composition. The customer has an impression of complexity. However, if he takes a food supplement containing, for example, calcium, zinc and magnesium, the body will not use the substance as much.
